Having lived in Maryland, DC, and Virginia since 1963, Erast has a thorough knowledge of the area's development patterns. His life-long interest in antiques, interior decorating, and do-it-yourself remodeling offers clients a unique perspective, whether in presenting their home in the best light when listing it for sale, or in seeing all the possibilities inherent in their next potential home. Erast graduated from Montgomery Blair High School in Silver Spring and went on to Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. He followed up with a Masters Degree in International Commercial Representation from American University in Washington, DC. Erast came to Long & Foster after a long career in financial consulting domestically and overseas, most recently as a Financial Adivsor and Operations Manager with Prudential Financial. This experience enables Erast to further help his clients understand the nuances of the various home financing options.
